Terms of Service
These terms apply to all Armadillo Moving & Cleaning Oy services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bookings and confirmations
A booking is confirmed once we send a written confirmation with the service, date, arrival window and price basis. Hourly services are billed from arrival at the first address until the work is complete.
Minimum billing
Moving, cleaning, packing and eco disposal jobs carry a 2-hour minimum. Time after the minimum is billed in 30-minute increments.
Travel and distance fees
Travel inside Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and Kauniainen is included. Work outside the capital region adds €0.55/km round-trip, calculated from our depot and quoted before confirmation.
Additional fees
Items over 20 kg may carry a heavy-handling fee as stated on each service page. Recycling station charges are billed at actual cost with no markup. Packaging materials and fixings are billed at cost.
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed arrival window. Later cancellations may be billed the 2-hour minimum.
Liability
Our work is insured. Report any damage within 7 days of the job so we can inspect and resolve it. Cash, documents, jewellery and other valuables should be transported by the customer.
Box rental
Rental days run from delivery to collection. Boxes are returned empty and reasonably clean. Missing or badly damaged boxes are charged at replacement cost.
