- Items over 20 kg need our heavy handling fee for a second pair of hands
- Second-hand purchases: give the seller our arrival window

Heavy item handling fee
- Distance is measured from the pickup address to the drop-off address.
- Waiting time beyond 15 minutes at either end is billed hourly.
- Very large or multi-item loads are quoted as a moving job instead.
